Jessica Webster is a Senior Manager in the Healthcare Valuation practice of the Advisory Services division of LBMC, PC in Nashville, Tennessee. She has nearly two decades of experience in valuing fair market value compensation for physician services, financial statement analysis, and production trend analysis. Her experience includes valuations of employment, call coverage, administrative, and other professional services arrangements. In addition, she has experience developing commercially reasonable physician compensation models and policies. She is a national thought leader on the topic of Professional Clinical Services as a contributing author of the BVR/AHLA Guide to Valuing Physician Compensation and Healthcare Service Arrangements.

Prior to joining LBMC, Jessica completed her degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. After graduating, Jessica began her career with a local public accounting firm where she built her healthcare and compensation valuation knowledge for more than 10 years.

Jessica now lives in Madison, Mississippi, working with her team remotely. Three years ago, Jessica felt the calling to become a licensed foster parent through Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services. In February of 2022, Jessica took in a 2 year old little boy and in November 2023, she took in his newborn baby brother. As a single mother, raising these 2 babies takes up most of her time. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys supporting her university athletics and she often travels south to Hattiesburg, Mississippi with the boys to enjoy baseball, football, and basketball games.
